New Zealand Institute of Health ManagementNational Conference 2006“Teaching Old Dogs New Tricks”30th June – 1st July 2006 - Wellington Convention Centre resources from the conference are available here Proudly supported and endorsed by
Thank you to all those who attended the Conference this year... The theme of the conference was " Teaching Old Dogs New Tricks “and looked at the health sectors vision of the future, new challenges in health management and implementing changes. We were pleased to run the event in conjunction with 2006 Health Innovation Awards and had the pleasure of hearing presentations from the three winners during the first day of the conference. The conference was open to members and non-members who have an interest in New Zealand health sector management in both public and private settings. As well as providing an opportunity to listen, learn and debate the conference is also a forum for meeting and spending time with colleagues. Our thanks go to our sponsors, Medacs, Sysmex, Wheeler Campbell, August Dean and RH Penny Ltd - the attendees and wonderful presenters who helped make this year's event a great success. We are planning to post the speaker presenations here on this site by 17 July 2006. Kind regards
Trisha Dunn President NZIHM
