Health Sciences
Peter Crampton is a Senior Lecturer in the
Department of Public Health at the Wellington School of Medicine and
Health Sciences. Peter has a background in general practice and
public health medicine. His research is focused on primary care
policy, primary care funding and organisation, social indicators and
social epidemiology. He works closely with the New Zealand Ministry
of Health in a variety of policy areas related to primary care and
public health, and has strong research links with a variety of
primary care organisations. He teaches undergraduate and
postgraduate courses related to public health, health systems and
health services management.
