Membership
If you wish you may pay your membership fees online using the secure form on the website of our parent organisation ACHSM, the rate charged in Australian Dollars will vary depending on the exchange rate for that day and charges levied by your credit card company.
You may be eligible for NZIHM membership if you meet any of the following criteria:

a graduate or student of an accredited Health Service Management Course
-
a senior Health Manager with other tertiary qualifications
-
a full time academic involved in the field of Health Service Management

a senior Health Service Manager
All Members are entitled to:

participate in all NZIHM and ACHSM Professional Development Activities
-
receive quarterly the ACHSE Journal “Health Manager” (which contains a New Zealand section) and the National ACHSM Annual Report
-
receive quarterly the Australian Health Review
-
receive Branch Newsletters and Annual Reports, and have access to their educational activities
-
reduced registration fee for the annual NZIHM conference
-
reduced registration fees for many Professional Development Programs
-
reduced registration fees for the ACHSM National Congress and NZIHM National Conference both of which are held annually
-
access to the ACHSM Library
-
obtain ACHSM Monographs and up to date information about health management issues
-
the opportunity to network with local as well as national and international college members
-
utilise the expertise of senior members who are available to act as mentors for new members and applicants for advancement
On admission, ACHSM will allocate each member the status of Associate, Associate Fellow or Fellow of the ACHSE.

Individuals may not nominate themselves. Rather, nominations are sought of individuals who might be entrants.
